We do not collect payment card or bank details. The app takes no payments — container deposits are paid by your state's container deposit scheme at the refund point.

Usage Information

• Records of actions taken in the app, kept as a security and audit log
• A push notification token, if you allow notifications
• Location data during active pickups

2. How We Use Your Information

• To facilitate container pickup requests and connections between Users and Collectors
• To confirm a collector arrived at the right address and completed the pickup
• To maintain platform safety and investigate misuse
• To send service notifications and updates
• To improve our services and user experience
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Location Data

We collect location data to enable our core services. For Users, we collect pickup addresses. For Collectors, we may collect real-time location during active pickups to provide accurate ETAs and route optimization.

You can disable location services in your device settings, but this may limit app functionality.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

• Other Users: Limited information shared to facilitate pickups (e.g., name, pickup location)
• Service Providers: Third parties who host and operate our platform on our behalf (e.g. Supabase for data storage). They may only use your data to provide that service to us.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or analytics companies.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain certain information for legal, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes.
